Chapter One

How This Happened…

The official tour we were looking at?

Sold out.

Then Matt dropped this little sentence into the chat:

"I used to live in Maui for 15 years and know some of the secret spots."

Well.

The meaning Petra chose to give that message was obviously that Matt had just volunteered to organize our own adventure. 😂

And apparently Matt agrees.

So here we are.

No giant tour bus.

No overly orchestrated tourist experience.

Just a group of us exploring Maui with someone who actually called this island home for 15 years.

Chapter Two

So… What Are We Doing?

That's what we're figuring out together. Matt mentioned the Road to Hana, and we've also been talking about hiking, biking and exploring some of the places most visitors never discover.

Road to Hana

A day exploring one of Maui's most iconic drives — hopefully with a few Matt-approved stops along the way.

Hike

Beautiful scenery, fresh air and something that earns us dinner later.

Bike

For the people who hear 'vacation' and somehow think physical activity sounds fun. 😂

Secret-Spot Adventure

Matt lived in Maui for 15 years. We're trusting the man.

These are ideas, not a confirmed itinerary. Nothing is locked in until Matt and the group figure it out together.

A friendly heads-up: some of these adventures can be physically demanding. We'll shape the final plan around whoever's in the crew so everyone has a great (and safe) day.
